This is my second look showing you how I wear my jeans to work for the Dorothy Perkins denim campaignBlack jeans are the perfect alternative for casual fridays in the office, and easy enough to get away with when wearing denim to work. Styling my denim with a longline white blouse and colour block coat keeps my look formal and chic. I have recently become addicted to longline shirts as they are so easy to style but also looks super smart no matter how you style it. Opt for a printed shirt like this for the weekends.

I finally found the perfect red coat. I have been after a red coat for ages and I seem to have every other colour but red?! This beauty is made from wool and so has been my life saver over the last few weeks with the London weather taking a turn. Of course my outfit wouldn't be complete without a print in tow and the addition of print came in the form of these spotted flats. If flats aren't your thing then they also are available in these heels too.

Blazer: c/o LK Bennett, Skirt: c/o LK Bennett, Sweater: Topshop, Boots: c/o LK Bennett, Bag: c/o LK Bennett, Hat: c/o Monsoon, Necklaces: c/o Monsoon, Sunglasses: Vintage, Brooch: Chanel

Miltary details are everywhere at the moment and with Balmain cementing a collaboration with H&M, this further enforced the trend. What I love about this suit in particular is the gold details on the blazer and the fluted hem of this skirt... oh so elegant, plus the wool fabrication is just perfect for Autumn. I wore this outfit in Paris for PFW which was probably not the best time to wear a wool suit and turtle neck during the late summer, but I just knew it would serve me well during the cooler months to come.

Styling military details always works well with stripes and being in Paris definitely gave this ensemble a parisian feel. Mixing with a contrasting print in the leopard clutch and boot duo keeps my look fun and relaxed. To complete of course another fedora to add to my never ending collection, and this one comes in at a mere £29.... J' adore!

Whilst in Paris I stayed at the stunning and unique Napolean Hotel which was a absolute pleasure. Located literally a stone's throw away from the Arc de Triomphe, it's in the ideal location for sight seeing and shopping. I stayed in a complimentary junior suite which consisted of a spacious large bedroom with a king size bed and seating area, a closet to unpack and hang all my outfits plus a ensuite bathroom and separate toilet. Upon arriving to the room I was welcomed with a bottle of champagne and note.

If you love Paris as much as I do then this is definitely the perfect hotel to stay in as the Parisian theme is carried throughout the hotel from the lobby into the bedrooms.

The staff were extremely friendly and polite which truly made my stay in Paris a memorable one. Much needed to ease the hectic scenes of fashion week!

I received this lace skirt a while back but have been waiting for the weather to warm up to wear it. I absolutely love the delicate cut out details...so chic! I styled it here with a lemon coat and a striped Boden sweater for an elegant daytime look. Finishing off with these ahhhmazing Next lace up flats which I can't stop wearing. They are super comfy and very similar to Aquazzura flats that I have been lusting after, however these beauties are at a much affordable price tag of £45! Get ready to see them on here a lot... they literally go with everything from ripped denim skinnies to a simple black dress!

The one thing I love about jumpsuits is that they are the perfect piece that can take you from day to night, and this grey Rare London jumpsuit is definitely office worthy! Also the fact that this one actually fits is a bonus too. Today I'm styling this all in one with a sleeveless roll neck and cape coat, contrasted with a stripe blazer worn underneath.

What do you think?

Textured cape: H&M (love this), Textured skirt: H&M (both now in the sale), Blouse: Topshop
Bag: LK Bennett, Shoes: LK Bennett, Jewellery: J Crew, Glasses: Crosseyes, Brooch: Chanel

I'm mixing checker board and 60s mod in today's post, styling this cute textured cape and skirt coord which are now both in the sale. For the winter try wearing this set with a bright turtle neck and over the knee boots for a true mod feel! I love taking one print and duplicating the pattern through a  mixture of textures and fabrics, it just creates such a fun ensemble. I wore this outfit to the Topshop show and this adorable bag from LK Bennett was the perfect match for my window pane check shirt.

After Topshop I headed straight to Bond St for the new Jimmy Choo Town House official store launch. There were so many gorgeous shoes in an abundance of styles, literally something for every occasion. My faves were the Atila flats, the perfect style for the streets of  London and extremely comfortable! Yet the award for the best stand out shoe had to be this lace bootie....utter hotness! Which style is your favourite?

Recently I was invited to an exclusive pop up dining experience in London hosted by the Art of Dining who combined art and food for a truly unique experience. The lovely team over at Rainbow Club hosted a table of bloggers to discuss all things shoes. From the first course served, visually it was incredible! Every course had a specific colour theme where the food, room decor, lighting and music changed throughout. First off we started with a green theme so naturally we ate quail wrapped in vine and spinach on a green plate and before the next course we tore of the table cloth to unveil a white sheet underneath ready for the following white course. The most exciting experience for me had to be the black course as the room went completely dark so we could only rely on our senses whilst eating, having no idea what we were actually devouring.

Before the event we all chose a pair of shoes from Rainbow Club to take away on the night. I opted for a pair of satin pointy flats which were hand dyed in scarlet red. When purchasing a pair of shoes with Rainbow Club you can have them hand dyed in any colour of your choice, which can be matched against any sample you send in...genius!

For the night I opted to go bold in bright orange, what better way to celebrate colour than dressing in a fluro midi skirt! To keep the skirt the focal point, I styled it with a grey crop top (which comes in an array of colours), a striped blazer and this awesome trilby that I'm sure you will be seeing a lot more of over the coming months.
