Day 1 of LFW is always crazy and hectic with usually back to back shows, however this season felt much more relaxed and I actually really enjoyed it. Instead of rushing from show to show I concentrated on the shows I really wanted to see. First show of the day was J. JS Lee which centred around simple clean silhouettes, high neck lines and head to toe prints. Followed by Felder Felder which had a more eclectic rock and roll vibe featuring luxe metallics, fur and leather with energised models strutting the runway.

My outfit initially started with this belted mac from Hobbs. I have had it for about 7 months now but somehow totally forgot about it. I recently did a clear out and came across this orange treasure and knew that it would be the perfect piece to wear this season. With it's floral print it screams spring, yet when paired with white flares it provides a trendy sophisticated look. Having long limbs means that sometimes its hard to find the right shirts. I have been after a bell sleeved blouse for ages and found one in Zara but unfortunately it just fell too short. So I decided to have my shirt customised to fit, and I'm so happy I did. The right length sleeves peeking out of this mac along with my favourite white flares, was such a cute combo.

I recently fell in love with this little McQueen bag...  I mean how cute is it?! And the fact that it has my initials on there it really was not an option to leave behind! But let's face it going to LFW with a teeny bag is not very practical as where would I put my invites, phone, and other necessities? So the only option was to double bag! And this silver cross body was the ideal companion! Just the right size for all the items left over and finished off my look perfectly!

This is my second look showing you how I wear my jeans to work for the Dorothy Perkins denim campaignBlack jeans are the perfect alternative for casual fridays in the office, and easy enough to get away with when wearing denim to work. Styling my denim with a longline white blouse and colour block coat keeps my look formal and chic. I have recently become addicted to longline shirts as they are so easy to style but also looks super smart no matter how you style it. Opt for a printed shirt like this for the weekends.

I finally found the perfect red coat. I have been after a red coat for ages and I seem to have every other colour but red?! This beauty is made from wool and so has been my life saver over the last few weeks with the London weather taking a turn. Of course my outfit wouldn't be complete without a print in tow and the addition of print came in the form of these spotted flats. If flats aren't your thing then they also are available in these heels too.

Miltary details are everywhere at the moment and with Balmain cementing a collaboration with H&M, this further enforced the trend. What I love about this suit in particular is the gold details on the blazer and the fluted hem of this skirt... oh so elegant, plus the wool fabrication is just perfect for Autumn. I wore this outfit in Paris for PFW which was probably not the best time to wear a wool suit and turtle neck during the late summer, but I just knew it would serve me well during the cooler months to come.

Styling military details always works well with stripes and being in Paris definitely gave this ensemble a parisian feel. Mixing with a contrasting print in the leopard clutch and boot duo keeps my look fun and relaxed. To complete of course another fedora to add to my never ending collection, and this one comes in at a mere £29.... J' adore!

Whilst in Paris I stayed at the stunning and unique Napolean Hotel which was a absolute pleasure. Located literally a stone's throw away from the Arc de Triomphe, it's in the ideal location for sight seeing and shopping. I stayed in a complimentary junior suite which consisted of a spacious large bedroom with a king size bed and seating area, a closet to unpack and hang all my outfits plus a ensuite bathroom and separate toilet. Upon arriving to the room I was welcomed with a bottle of champagne and note.

If you love Paris as much as I do then this is definitely the perfect hotel to stay in as the Parisian theme is carried throughout the hotel from the lobby into the bedrooms.

The staff were extremely friendly and polite which truly made my stay in Paris a memorable one. Much needed to ease the hectic scenes of fashion week!

As you all know I'm a major lover of the midi skirt, whether it comes in a solid block colour or an eye catching print. I find them extremely versatile and super easy to wear as they can be styled for the office or a girl's night out, as well as the added bonus that they are very flattering on so many body shapes.

LK Bennett is undoubtedly my one stop shop for the midi skirt, and has been for the past few seasons. To celebrate this shape and it's success, LK Bennett have launched the #SocialSkirt to reinforce their love for this chic silhouette. This season they have designed a range of six styles in a mix of rich textured fabrics and prints... yes something for everyone! And to help you style your choice of the 'Social Skirt' they have collaborated with a number of bloggers and fashion influencers across the globe to showcase their AW15 midi collection.

Today's post features this statement midi skirt from my shoot with the brand, which I literally can't stop wearing. The cow print is definitely a show stopper, yet for those with more of a classic taste the cream and black tones work well. Styling with a red sweater and contrasting blue suede flats keeps my look chic and fun for day. For a night look simply switch to classic stilettos and a cropped top for an on trend effortless feel. Be sure to follow the #SocialSkirt on Instagram and Twitter.

Jacket: c/o Closet London, Dress: c/o Closet London, Bag: LK Bennett, Sunglasses: c/o Kite
Shoes: c/o LK Bennett, Necklace: J Crew

Today's post is based around this cute Closet London candy striped dress. I mean what's not to love about it! This beauty shouts summer even if the London weather is being dreary at the moment. I'm always a fan of any garment that has both horizontal and vertical stripes as I find this works well in breaking up my body proportions. Plus the pleated skirt is perfect for skimming over curves and flattering the hips, with the addition of pockets for a more relaxed feel.

I decided to style the dress with this dusty pink waistcoat also from Closet London and played off the stripes with a pair of patent zig zag kitten heels from the Laura Bailey x LK Bennett collection. Lately I've been styling theses shoes with denim and breton stripes as they are so versatile in dressing up and down. These beauties are currently in the sale at £95 from £245, plus kitten heels are going to be a major AW15 trend so now is the time to invest!

Dress: c/o Marks & Spencers, Coat: LK Bennett, Hat: H&M, Shoes: c/o Marks & Spencer, Bag: LK Bennett, Sunglasses: Vintage

Today's post is styled around this amazing white dress from Marks & Spencer. The brand has recently launched an ultimate dress guide for all summer occasions and body shapes and I have partnered up with them to show you how I dress for my tall frame.

I have to say I was wowed by the variety of dresses available for tall and especially the longer lengths too, from lace to maxi's to florals, every summer trend is literally taken care off! I'm loving this floral number, perfect piece to style with gladiator boots.

I chose to style this cute white dress as not only did it come up longer in the length and ensured that I exposed just the right amount of leg, I instantly fell in love with the cut out detail on the back. Finally a white dress that's not so boring and with Wimbledon approaching this beauty is definitely tennis worthy! The A line style complimented my figure as I have more of a pear shape and so the flared skirt just skims over my hips. The addition of a shorter length coat also helps to break up my frame. For footwear I went with these gorgeous perspex heeled shoes which are super comfortable, I really can't wait for the sun to grace us so I can have my toes out in these beauties more often. As with all M&S shoes these are made with insolia soles which basically have extra soft padding to support your feet by redistributing your weight away from the balls of your feet! Comfort and stylish.... what's not to love!

As you know I love my colour and so my outfit wouldn't be complete without a touch of print from this floral LK Bennett coat and yellow cross body

What do you think?
