This season my love for burgundy has seriously taken over my closet. Anything burgundy I spot in stores instantly draws me in. The soft hue yet strong palette, sharp enough to make a statement whilst being subtle at the same time....my new black!
This suit was the ideal duo to style and infuse a head to toe tonal ensemble. The trousers are slightly cropped which works well going into Spring. As we all know styling a suit is easy to create for work, however I wanted to show you a more relaxed feel which can be worn to the office.
The sweater is from Zara and I can't tell you how much I have worn this. I found a similar style here which you can use to create the look if your local Zara has sold out. When styling a look in one colour be sure to use different shades and fabrications as this will help your outfit come together. By styling with a darker fedora and pointy flats adds helps balance the tone. Lastly my cute cross body from Reiss in a deeper chocolate shade of burgundy and a slick of pink lipstick to finish off.
